You can conveniently access your records in the registers through the website moje-financie.sk, but you must be a registered user. Registration is mandatory because the records contain sensitive personal information, so it is necessary to verify the applicant's identity.
First, it is necessary to fill out the registration form. If you are a foreign national and do not have a residence permit, you will need to visit the client centre. Registration forms in PDF version can be found in the Contact section. You can fill in the registration form in person at the Client Centre and register with us while you wait.
Based on the completed application, we will send you a contract for signature. We will send the shipment recommended for personal delivery. Your identity will be verified by Slovak Post employees. Please send us one copy of the contract back in the provided reply envelope, which is part of the postal shipment containing the contracts.
Once we receive the signed contracts from you, we will activate your account and send you the login details via email for the first login to the portal. Please note that only natural persons can register for the portal.

The services of moje-financie.sk are intended for natural persons (FO) and natural persons running a business (FOP). Registered users have online access to statements and can obtain additional services.
Convenient access to extracts from the CIBR and NBCIR registers and other services at any time, from the comfort of your home or office. Due to the access to sensitive personal data, registration to the portal is required at the beginning.
Registered users can access all register extracts in the online version at a discounted price. Detailed information on prices can be found in the price list.
The credit bureaus CIBR/NBCIR collect not only negative data (about non-payment), but also positive data (about regular and timely payment). Positive data contribute to building your credibility, which means you may obtain better conditions when applying for a loan.
