The CIBR has the client's personal data (i. e., name, surname, date of birth, personal ID number, place and country of birth, and address), as well as information on if a contractual or credit agreement has been concluded between the client and a bank. Furthermore, personal data on the client's financial obligations that have arisen, will arise or may arise from the bank, i. e., the number of existing loan agreements, the amount of individual loans and repayments, the history of repayment of these obligations, information on securing liabilities, etc.
The CIBR also contains information on whether you are currently applying for a loan product. The information is stored in the CIBR for the entire existence of the loan product and subsequently for a period of 4 years after its termination. If the required contract between you and the bank has not been concluded, this information is stored in the CIBR for a period of 1 year from the date of submission of your application for conclusion of the relevant contract.
For each natural or legal person, in addition to basic identification data such as name, birth number / personal identification number and address, the registries also provide information on what type of product it uses and how much the natural or legal person repays or has repaid in the past. Specifically, it is an indication of the number of loan agreements, the amount of individual loans and the amount of regular instalments.
The information also includes the history of repayment of these liabilities and information on their security. The register also keeps a so-called positive credit history – i. e., an indication if the client is repaying properly and on time. The register also contains information on whether the person is currently applying for a loan product.
