CRIF – Slovak Credit Bureau, s. r. o., with its registered office at Mlynské nivy 14, 821 09 Bratislava, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section Sro, Insert No.: 31737/B, Company identification number: 35 886 013 (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 of Act No. 351/2022 Coll. on the accessibility of products and services to persons with disabilities, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), hereby informs the public about the established requirements for the accessibility of the service provided and about the compliance of the services provided by the Service Provider with these requirements. This Accessibility Statement has been issued by the Service Provider on its own responsibility.
- After registering on the internet portal klient.moje-financie.sk/ (hereinafter referred to as "Internet Portal") or in the e‑shop (e‑shop.moje-financie.sk), the following services can be purchased in the user account:
o CIBR extract – by ordering this service, you will receive a separate extract from the Client Information Bank Register ("CIBR") and an overview of your current and past financial obligations collected about you in the Client Information Bank Register operated by the company Slovak Banking Credit Bureau. The extract is provided in PDF format with an electronic signature confirming its authenticity.
o Extract from the NBCIR register – by ordering this service, you will receive a separate extract from the Non-Bank Client Information Register ("NBCIR ") and an overview of your current and past financial obligations collected about you in the Non-Bank Client Information Register, which is operated by NBCB – Non-Banking Credit Bureau. The extract is provided in PDF format with an electronic signature confirming its authenticity.
o Joint extract – a joint extract from the registers is a comprehensive overview, i. e. a credit report on your financial obligations, provided by banks and financial institutions that are members of the CIBR and NBCIR registers. The registers are the source of data for the statements and collect data from 50 financial institutions operating on the Slovak market. The statement is provided in PDF format with an electronic signature confirming its authenticity.
o Enforcement statements – by ordering this service, you will receive an overview of information on specific enforcement proceedings. You will find out whether enforcement has been ordered against the requested natural person, sole trader or legal entity, which bailiff has been appointed to carry out the enforcement, and what obligation is being enforced. The data in the statement is based on an official query to the Central Register of Enforcement Proceedings.
o NetAgent – is a monitoring service for the protection of personal data on the internet. Its greatest advantage is the detection of stolen or compromised personal and financial data on the internet. It is designed for proactive cyber protection at an international level. It monitors the movement of personal and financial data on the internet in real time and prevents its misuse for illegal purposes. - The services described above and the Internet Portal through which the services are provided meet the accessibility requirements.
- All relevant content of the services provided and the internet portal is in a machine-readable text format that can be used to create alternative support formats enabling presentation in various ways and ensuring perception by more than one sense.
- Audiovisual content is not part of the services or the Internet Portal.
- The font is chosen in an appropriate size and shape, taking into account the foreseeable conditions of use and with sufficient contrast.
- The Internet portal is accessible in a uniform and appropriate manner.
- The Service Provider's support services provide information using means of communication accessible to persons with disabilities.
- The identification, security and payment functions on the Internet Portal are perceptible, operable, understandable and stable.
- The methods of identification, electronic signatures and payment services on the Internet Portal are perceivable, operable, understandable and stable.
